I had Ramen for lunch today at Dallas.
Today Ramen is having good presence in USA day by day. Especially in the west coast such as LA or BayArea, it is very popular not only for Japanese but also for Americans.
Nevertheless, Where am I now?
This is Dallas that is the one of the important historical cities of America. They have Hot Dog, Chicken-fried steak, Barbecue and etc,.
It is amazed that I got excellent quality Ramen here.
My business partner Yoshi is a pioneer of Ramen business in USA. He introduced genuine Ramen in BayArea in 2003. At that time, there were many Ramen restaurant already in the west coast. However, that is not so popular as today, and only few Asian people had it.
He and his partner made a promotion video "Ramen Life" at that time. Fortunately we can enjoy this video on Youtube today.
There is a board of "Ten Rules" at the Ramen Restaurant in Dallas.
"Ramen Life" and "Ten Rules" is seems synchronizing over distance of 1,600 miles and time of ten years.
