_ [旅] Ride and Ramen at Bay Area

　　I had 4hour/10miles ride at Huddart Country Park with Mister of BayAreaRidgeRider's. Our 3 horses and riders trailed through the nature of redwood. It was a very hot day in town, but it was not so hot in the park and not so sweaty. Actually, I did not have to take off the shirt immediately after the long ride.

　　After this ride, I drove to Union-city for the lunch. By the way I had Japanese style Ramen for lunch everyday last 4 days in the Bay Area.

　　The Ramen Taka in Santa Clara serve purely Hakata style that is given with Beni Syoga and Takana.

　　The Himawari Ramen is very popular Ramen restaurants in San Mateo. The TanTan men is a their flagship.

　　The Men Bei in Santa Clara is a typical Japanese Chinese restaurants. I enjoyed Hiyashi-Chuka that is the first Hiyashi-Chuka in this summer for me.

　　The Matsuri in Union City is a newly opened restaurants by my friend. They serve Yokohama-Ie-Kei Ramen that is based on Tonkotsu-Shoyu. They customise the soup and the boiling time to match the customer's preference. This is a great Omotenashi that makes me happy.

　　It is quite amazing that the Japanese Ramen business is so prevalent in the Bay Area now.
