_ [仕事][旅] 1st Step for DFFT?

　　本日、一般社団法人データ流通推進協議会(所在地:東京都港区、理事⻑ 村井 純、以下 DTA)は、米国IEEE(NY, U.S.A)とデータ取引に関する標準化活動での 協力協定書(Cooperative Agreement)に合意しました。

　　両団体は、IoT（Internet of Things）のデータ取引、人工知能、ビッグデータ、およびその他の 関連する革新的技術に焦点を当てた標準化活動において相互に連携し、グローバル社会におけるデータ流通の促進を進めます。

　　IEEEは米国ニューヨーク州に本社を置く非営利法人で、世界最大のエンジニアリング組織であり、160カ国以上に42万人を超える会員を擁しています。 電気技術、電子工学、電力工学、ロボット工学および自動化、コンピューター工学、コンピューター科学、およびその他の関連技術の理論と実践の進歩、ならびに技術革新と人類の利益のための卓越性の進歩に焦点を当てています。

　　今回の提携により、DTAは、IEEEにおいて国際標準化活動を担うIEEE-SA(Standard Association)と協力し、データ流通社会の実現のための国際標準の開発と普及に着手します。

　　IEEE and DTA(Data Trading Alliance Sign General Cooperation Agreement on Standards Development.

　　A Cooperation Agreement to improve the data trading business across a wide domain including data trading, neutrality and transparency on standards-development activities of each organization.

　　Purpose of Agreement　DTA and IEEE wish to collaborate in standardization activities on data trading . In aid of the Purpose, DTA has identified an interest in participating with IEEE in activities focused on data trading of IoT (Internet of Things), artificial intelligence, big data and other relevant innovations and technologies.

　　ということで、今回の出張の最大のミッションが完了。

　　Hiroshi Mano (DTA secretary General) said

　　Big data generated by IoT is essential for innovative technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence,) and it definitely creates a benefit for society.

　　DTA is creating new rules of data sharing by collaboration between industry, academia and the government, aiming to realize a well-ordered data distribution society in order to shift the data ownership economy to a data sharing economy.

　　I believe that this cooperation with IEEE-SA who is world's most successful SDO will be the first step to develop and disseminate new and innovative data distribution technology standards that improve the transformation to data sharing economy.

　　某方面ではは、"DFFT(Data Free Flow with Trust)"というacronym推しらしいけど、なんか違わない?　僕的には、"well-ordered data distribution society" なんだけどなぁ。

　　夜は、ミュンヘンに赴任中の前職の仲間とアジアンなレストランで会食。彼は、ポーランド人で、もともと五カ国語くらい話せるんだけど、いまはドイツ語も困らなくなったらしい。語学の才能ってすごいなぁ。
