I picked up the internship student at SFO in the noon. And then we had shared the lunch at Fisherman's wharf.
This is a typical sightseeing point of the people who came to San Francisco for the first time. Usually I take those people here and the Golden Gate Bridge, but still I am one of visitors too.
I stopped at a Japanese supermarket on the way to Sata Clara to buy a couple of grocery staffs. It's really amazing that a lot of fresh Japanese food is marketed.
Especially It is surprising that Mori-no-Ika-Mesh is demonstrated and it was sold. This small Bento is very famous in Japan as a typical Hokaido food. Mori is the name of a small station where is the origin of this Bento box. And Ika Meshi is steamed rice packed in cuttlefish.
This small topic shows me that so many Japanese are based in this area. Actually, we had Hakata Ramen for the dinner tonight. :-)
Do you believe that we are wherever?
Anyway, IEE802 interim meeting has been started in Bangkog today. It is my first absence since I started 802.11 FIA/FILS activities six years ago.
The IEEE802.11ai is now under the process of sponsor letter of ballot. Therefore we cannot do anything even if we have a meeting.
I hope all of 802.WG member gets a productive week in Bangkok.
